Valeria McIntosh

Valeria McIntosh, CPCS, has extensive experience in provider onboarding and credentialing, currently serving as a Provider Onboarding Specialist at WellStar Health System since May 2015. Prior to this role, McIntosh worked at Medical Doctor Associates from August 2007 to May 2015 as an Auditor and Compliance Liaison, overseeing compliance-related quality audits and NCQA certification efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Credentialing Coordinator at Credent Verification & Licensing Services, where the verification and risk assessment processes were managed in accordance with NCQA and The Joint Commission standards. McIntosh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from American InterContinental University, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
