Patrie Davis

Patrie Davis is the founder of Sage Way Mental Health and Wellness, LLC, providing individual and relationship therapy in Southern Indiana since August 2023. Additionally, Patrie has served as an Adolescent IOP Therapist, Director of Evaluation and Referral, and Social Worker at Wellstone Regional Hospital since June 2018, delivering individual, family, and group therapy to child and adolescent patients. Previous experience includes roles as Principle Case Manager/Service Coordinator at Centerstone Kentucky and Mobile Crisis Assessor at Clark Memorial Hospital. Patrie's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Spalding University and a Bachelor's degree in English and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington.
