Nataliya Rudnyk

Nataliya Rudnyk serves as the VP of People at Welltech since March 2023, following a role as Director of the HR Center of Excellence and HR Business Partnership. Prior to Welltech, Nataliya held the position of Senior HR Business Partner Manager at Vista, overseeing VistaCreate and Depositphotos from January 2022 to February 2023. Earlier professional experiences include leading Employee Experience initiatives at Preply, managing the Talent Department at McDonald's, and serving as HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits Manager at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. Nataliya's career began at Mondelēz International and Kraft Foods Ukraina in various HR roles. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, earned between 2004 and 2010.
