Ellen Rudolph is the Founder and CEO of WellTheory, a role they have held since January 2021. Ellen is also a Member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL) from January 2023 to January 2024. In the past, they were an Entrepreneur In Residence at OVO Fund from June 2020 to June 2021 and a Fellow at On Deck from March 2020 to May 2020. Ellen worked as a Product Manager at Oscar Health from December 2018 to February 2020 and at Everlane from July 2016 to June 2018. Ellen also participated in the Female Founders Track at Dorm Room Fund in 2018 and was a Mayfield Fellow at Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP) from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they worked as a Product Intern at Untrodden from June 2015 to September 2015 and as a Brand & Marketing Intern at Rent The Runway from February 2013 to June 2014.

Ellen Rudolph earned a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Product Design Engineering from Stanford University in the years 2012 to 2016. Prior to attending Stanford, they attended Crystal Springs Uplands School from 2008 to 2012. Ellen is currently pursuing a field of study called "2022 ADAPT" at UCSF Rosenman Institute, starting in 2022 and expected to finish in 2023.
