Tony McQuade, RHU, ChHC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and business development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Growth for the West and Midwest Region at Wellthy since February 2019, Tony specializes in assisting families with caregiving while simultaneously working with employers to enhance productivity and promote diversity. Previously, Tony held roles at Kaiser Permanente, including Director of Business Development and Sales Executive for Large Groups, where relationship-building with brokers and strategizing to meet membership targets were key responsibilities. Tony began a career at Mutual of Omaha as an Employee Benefits Marketing Representative, focusing on ancillary insurance products and client relationships.
