Travis leads our service delivery team, which is responsible for implementing our consumer activation solutions and conducting ongoing multi-channel engagement campaigns for our clients.

Travis has built and transformed customer-facing service organizations for a number of companies, from start-ups to enterprise, covering professional services, customer success and retention, customer support and account management. Most recently, he led customer success and retention teams for start-ups Shogun and eRelevance.
