Kseniia Yaroslavtseva has a wealth of work experience that spans from 2012 to 2022. In 2012, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Stavko, where they built a lead generation system and a funnel, formed a marketing department and a call center, and set up work with retention. In 2014, they founded a small business marketing outsourcing agency and grew the company from freelancing to 19 account marketers in two years. Finally, in 2022, they became the Head of Growth at Welltory, where they led growth initiatives resulting in an increase in revenue through the optimization of conversion rate, and created and implemented a new financial model. Kseniia Yaroslavtseva has a Bachelor's of economics from Ural State University named after A.M.Gorky from 2007 to 2011. Kseniia then attended Higher School of Economics from 2011 to 2012 for Mini-MBA Marketing. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they obtained a Mini-MBA Management from the Ural-Siberian Institute of Business. In December 2021, they obtained certifications in Leadership Mindsets and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn.
