Aubury Holmes is a seasoned Senior Development Manager and real estate developer with a strong background in senior housing. They have held various positions, including Development Manager at Welltower™ Inc. from 2021 to 2023, and Senior Development Manager at Smith/Packett from 2012 to 2021. Prior to these roles, Aubury served as Family Services Director at New Horizons Habitat for Humanity between 2009 and 2011, and they were involved with Habitat for Humanity in several capacities, including Campus Chapter Associate and Youth and Family Services AmeriCorps *Vista.
