Joseph Pawelski has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Joseph began their career as a Sales Associate at Coviant Software Corporation in 2008. In 2009, they worked as an International Business Policy Analyst at Business at OECD (BIAC). From 2010 to 2015, they worked as an Economic Research Analyst at Dodge Data & Analytics. Later, they joined AvalonBay Communities and held multiple roles including Market Research Analyst, Senior Market Research Analyst, Market Research Manager, and Director of Market Research. Currently, they are working as the Director of Investment Research at Welltower Inc. (NYSE:WELL) since August 2021.
