Melanie Carlisle

Melanie Carlisle is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Risk Management at Welltower™ Inc. since April 2023, Melanie previously held various roles at Amazon.com from September 2013 to April 2023, culminating in the position of Risk Manager. During the tenure at Amazon, Melanie progressed through multiple roles including Senior Workers' Compensation Manager, Risk Analyst, and Workers' Compensation Manager. Additionally, Melanie worked as a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner at Dallas Area Insurance Carriers/TPAs from January 2006 to September 2013.
