Richard Hansen

Richard Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Richard started their career at Harbor Capital Advisors as a Manager of Decision Support Systems and worked there for over a decade. In 2003, they joined Health Care REIT, Inc. as a Senior Asset Management Analyst until 2009. From 2003 to the present, Richard Hansen has also worked at Welltower and held positions such as Vice President of Portfolio Management and Reporting and Vice President of Asset Management. Richard briefly worked as a Senior Asset Manager at REDICO in 2021. Currently, they are employed at ProMedica Senior Care as an Assistant Vice President, where they support the CFO in financial planning and analysis, handles acquisitions and divestitures, and assists other departments with financial analysis.
