William Retherford

William Retherford has a strong background in operations and management. William is currently the Chief of Operations at WellTrans, where they focus on providing non-emergency medical transportation services in Indiana. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Professional Management Enterprises (PME), a staffing and project management services company. Before PME, they worked at SmartIT and Adecco Technical and Engineering as a Senior Manager. Their earliest experience in operations was as the Director of Operations at MID Technologies.

William Retherford obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wabash College in 1995. William then went on to complete a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1998.
