Rick Hongryul Kim

Rick Hongryul Kim is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital health and IT consulting. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Wellysis since 2019, Rick launched the S-Patch solution aimed at preventive cardiac monitoring, focusing on innovation and strategy for digital health products including wearable devices and artificial intelligence. Prior to Wellysis, Rick held the position of Business Development Consultant at Samsung SDS, where responsibilities included managing product strategy and global marketing for the Digital Health business unit across multiple regions. Rick's earlier roles include Principal Consultant at HP, where strategic process and technology consulting were provided to major accounts, Solutions Architect at Mercury Interactive, leading CMDB practices, and Director of R&D at Voicemate, Inc., focusing on voice-activated technology development. Rick holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Rutgers University.
