Yoshitomo Tsutsui

Born in Fukuoka City. After graduating from Keio University Faculty of Law, he worked at Fuji Bank before joining a medical corporation. After engaging in clerical and administrative work, he led IPOs, M&A, etc. as a corporate planning officer of a drug development company within the group. After that, he served as the representative director of the Waseda Elderly Health Organization, director of the Japan Day Service Association, and vice president of the Tokyo branch of the National Federation of Nursing Care Business Operators.
