Niamh O'Byrne

Niamh O'Byrne has extensive experience in business technology analysis and operations leadership, currently serving as the Leading Business Technology Analyst and Customer Retention Leader at Welocalize since March 2021. Prior to this role, Niamh held various senior leadership positions at Welocalize, including Senior Client Services Director and Senior Director of Operations, from April 2015 to March 2020. Niamh's career began at SDL plc, where roles spanned from Associate Project Manager to Program Manager over a decade. Niamh holds a Bachelor of Commerce International degree from University College Dublin and a PMP certification from the Institute of Project Management. Additionally, Niamh has pursued studies at Universität des Saarlandes.
