Silvie Peric

Silvie Peric has extensive experience in the language services industry. Silvie worked at Welocalize from 2007 to 2020, starting as a Senior Project & Production Manager and progressing to roles such as Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Quality Assurance and Training Manager, and finally Head of Compliance. In these roles, Silvie demonstrated their ability to effectively manage customer issues, analyze performance data, implement Lean methodologies, and provide innovative personnel training. Silvie also oversaw global training and compliance programs and managed production activities. Prior to Welocalize, Silvie worked as a Project Manager at Corporate Translations, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, where they managed translation and localization projects and handled vendor management.

Silvie Peric earned a Bachelor's degree in French and Linguistics from UCLA in 2003. Silvie then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, completing their studies in 2007. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Columbia University and obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
