Martin Baldoma Jones

Martin Baldoma Jones has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Martin is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Welojets, a private jet charter company with a global marketplace to search, compare, and book private flights. Prior to this, Martin served as a Director at Construcciones OMI. Martin also co-founded and served as CEO of Aerals Private Flights, another private jet charter company, from 2014 to 2021. Martin's career began at Aer Kompass S.A., where they were the Owner and Commercial Pilot from 2011 to 2021.

From 2006 to 2011, Martin Baldoma Jones attended Universidad del Salvador. During this time, they pursued multiple degrees and qualifications. Martin obtained a Licenciado en Administración Aeronáutica con habilitación a Piloto Comercial de 1ra Clase degree without a specified field of study. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Management degree from the same university. Lastly, between 2006 and 2009, Martin pursued a degree in Commercial Pilot.
