Dave Scott

Dave Scott has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, currently serving as the Director for the MENA Region at Salt since January 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing contract and outsourcing practices as well as leading the IT and digital contracting practice. Prior to this, from April 2016 to January 2021, Dave Scott was a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays, focusing on IT contracting in the Middle East, with a background in IT infrastructure, analytics, and software development recruitment. Earlier experience includes a role as Deputy Manager at Ageas from May 2009 to March 2016. Education was completed at Lesmahagow High School from 1997 to 2003.
