Elliot Dell

Elliot Dell is the Group CEO of Salt. Elliot has over fifteen years of experience in the recruitment industry. Elliot started their career at Adecco, where they worked as a Senior Contract Sales Consultant and Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for developing major accounts with telecommunications and consultancy firms.

In February 2005, Dell moved to Salt, where they have held various positions including Head of Sales and Managing Director. In their current role as Group CEO, they are responsible for the overall management and strategy of the company. Under their leadership, Salt has become one of the leading recruitment firms in the UK.

Elliot Dell has a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Investment Management from Kingston University. Elliot also has A'Levels in English, Maths, Geography, and GIS from Kingston College. In addition, they have two diplomas: one in Life Coaching and one in Mindfulness, both from the New Skills Academy.
