Raquel Ireland, MBA, CMgr, FCMI, currently serves as the Head of Compliance at Salt, overseeing compliance across the UK, Europe, Latin America, the USA, and the Middle East. With extensive experience in global recruitment, Raquel specializes in Compliance and Contracts, focusing on legal adherence and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Salt, Raquel spent over a decade at Tangent International, progressing from Sales Support to Senior Account Manager, and ultimately to Logistics, Compliance, and Contracts Team Leader. Raquel holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and has a foundational education from Seevic College and Beauchamps.
