Lee Brooks MStJ QAM has extensive experience in operational leadership within the emergency services sector. As the Executive Director of Operations at Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust since July 2019, Lee oversees the delivery of critical services across Wales, including Emergency Medical Services and NHS 111 Wales. Prior roles include Executive Director of Operations at SA Ambulance Service, where Lee managed ambulance services for a metropolitan population, and Contract Relationship Manager at the Ministry of Health New Zealand, responsible for significant contract oversight and budget management. Lee's career also includes key operational roles at St John New Zealand and the London Ambulance Service, with early experience in the Metropolitan Police Service. Educationally, Lee holds a PG Cert in Board Practice & Directorship from Henley Business School.
