Sara Mills

Sara Mills is an experienced professional in organisational development and learning, currently serving as the Head of Culture and Organisational Development at Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sara held various positions at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, including Organisational Development Manager and Learning and Development Manager, fostering employee development across the institution from October 2014 to August 2023. Earlier experiences include serving as Principal Learning and Development Adviser at Pembrokeshire County Council and as a Business and Psychology Lecturer at Pembrokeshire College. Sara holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from Swansea Metropolitan University, a PGCE in Post 16 Education and Training from Pembrokeshire College, and a BA Hons in Education and Psychology from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
