Ausama Almorei

Ausama Almorei started their work experience in 2008 as an IT Engineer at the Central Bureau of Statistics. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Network Administrator at the Ministry of Communication and Technology. In 2013, they joined Airmax Networks Solutions as a Network Engineer. Ausama then moved to Welthungerhilfe in 2014 as an IT and Database Officer. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an IT Manager at Welthungerhilfe, responsible for Turkey, Syria, and Northern Iraq. Ausama continued their role as an IT Manager at Welthungerhilfe Turkey, Syria, and Lebanon from 2015 to 2018. Since May 2018, Ausama has held the position of Head of IT - Turkey at Welthungerhilfe.

Ausama Almorei completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, with a focus on operating systems and networking, from Damascus University in 2006. Ausama then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Science and Technology in Yemen from 2015 to 2019, specializing in the role of management information systems in crisis management. In addition to their formal education, Ausama obtained various certifications in leadership and team management training, data analysis and visualization with Microsoft Power BI, and IT technical support.
