Duane A. Borgman

As director of information technology, Duane administers all of the firm’s technology initiatives, ensuring they align to the business objectives established by the management committee. This includes the firm’s robust Incident Response, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery Plans, which detail processes for the detection, reporting, and resolution of any event that poses a threat to the organization’s operations or security.

Bringing nearly 35 years of experience to his role, Duane employs a change management process to promote adherence to industry best practices. He implements necessary updates promptly and effectively, so any impact to the firm’s operations are minimized. He serves on the information security committee, which is responsible for conducting a regular review of all security policies and procedures, as well as the monitoring and logging of all security information and resources.
