Jan Dams

Jan Dams has extensive experience in journalism, particularly in economic and financial sectors. Since August 2019, Jan Dams has served as the Ressortleiter Wirtschaft und Finanzen for WELT and WELT AM SONNTAG, following a long tenure at Welt from April 2001 to 2019, where roles included Stellvertretender Ressortleiter Wirtschaft und Finanzen and Correspondent, focusing on various industries such as pharmaceuticals, banks, and financial policy. Prior to this, Jan Dams worked as a Redakteur at Süddeutsche Zeitung and as a Reporter at Reuters from 1996 to 2000.
