Tom McDonnell

Tom McDonnell has a strong background in sales and business development in the healthcare industry. Tom currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Sales at Welvie, where they lead the implementation of online educational consumer engagement and decision-making programs. Before joining Welvie, Tom was the AVP of Healthcare Sales/Account Management at Enlace Health, where they helped design and administer value-based programs. Tom also held the role of Sr. Director of Sales at Advantasure, where they provided industry-leading solutions for health plans and providers. Tom has extensive experience in the Business Process Management (BPM/BPO) field, having served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Client Development at Firstsource Solutions Limited and Vice President of Sales at PaySpan, Inc. In addition, they have held various sales and management positions at OptumHealth Financial Services, TMG Health, Blue Cross of Northeastern PA, and Gruen Marketing Corporation. Tom's work experience spans over three decades and includes sales, account management, and strategic business development roles.

Tom McDonnell earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Scranton from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics at the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
