Juston Rouse

Juston Rouse has extensive experience in business development and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Wemco Inc since May 2005. In this role, Juston oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, sales development, and marketing efforts, managing operational and manufacturing teams along with field crews, with a cost accountability exceeding $15 million annually. Juston is also responsible for the training and development of new sales and project management personnel. Prior to Wemco Inc, Juston held roles at Sterling Savings Bank as a Personal Banker and at U.S. Bank as a Vault Teller. Juston attended Valley City State University and the College of the Siskiyous, furthering educational qualifications in the field.
