Amanda Scorsolini

Amanda Scorsolini has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amanda currently works at weme as a Design Lead, where they collaborate with clients to bring their products, services, and strategies to life using a Design Thinking approach. Their responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, facilitating workshops, prototyping, and analyzing concept tests. Prior to weme, Amanda worked at Myralis Pharma as a Graphic Publishing Analyst, where they were involved in planning and producing digital and print campaigns, creating packaging designs for dietary supplements, and contributing to innovation projects. Amanda also gained experience as an intern in communication and marketing at ACIC - Associação Comercial e Industrial de Campinas, as well as in design roles at Myralis Pharma and Air Apresentações. Amanda's entrepreneurial spirit led their to establish and manage their own business, Mão Forte Uniformes, for a significant period of time. Amanda also served as an Administrative Assistant at Actaris Metering Systems earlier in their career. Amanda's extensive background in design, marketing, and project management showcases their versatility and adaptability in a variety of professional settings.

Amanda Scorsolini attended ESAMC from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication. In 2019, they completed a certification in Mastering the Customer Journey from Inova Business School. In 2020, Amanda obtained several certifications, including Fundamentals of UX Design from Descola Cursos Inovadores, Growth Hacking from Descola Cursos Inovadores, Innovation Room - Gestão, Design e Dados from weme school, Innovation Room - Customer Experience from weme school, Como Liderar e Trabalhar em Equipe from LinkedIn, and Digital Product Leadership from Tera. Additionally, they completed a Bootcamp Digital Experience - Design Thinking from weme school in 2020. In 2021, Amanda obtained certifications in Design for Data Privacy from Data Privacy Brasil and Extension in Service Design from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. Currently, Amanda is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership in the New Economy at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, which they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2023.
