Wagner Foschini has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Wagner is the co-founder and CFO of bud OKR since 2020. Prior to that, they were involved with weme in different capacities, including co-founder, board member, CFO, and corporative director from 2011 to 2020. Wagner co-founded Libri in 2022 and serves as a board member. Wagner also co-founded and served on the board of LexDesign starting from 2019. Foschini was a board member at Guide121 in 2018. At weme school, they were the co-founder, board member, and chair of entrepreneurial ecosystems from 2018 to 2020. Wagner co-founded weme ventures in 2019 and held the position of co-founder and hustler until 2020. In their previous work experience, Foschini was a psychoanalyst and clinical coach at Blue Consultoria from 2011 to 2017, and prior to that, they founded and worked as a strategy consultant at the same company from 2007 to 2016. Wagner started their career as a business strategy consultant at EXO - Excelência Organizacional from 2003 to 2006.

Wagner Foschini has a diverse education history, spanning various fields of study and institutions. In 2002 to 2005, they attended the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Administração de Empresas. During the same period, they also studied at FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas, where they earned a Graduation degree in Economics and Sociology.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Foschini attended the INSEAD in 2007 to 2008, completing The Challenge of Leadership programme. In 2009 to 2011, they enrolled at the Centro de Formação em Psicanálise Clínica, undertaking studies in Clinical Psychoanalysis.

In 2014, Foschini briefly studied at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, specializing in Design thinking and innovation. Wagner further expanded their knowledge in 2016 to 2018, attending Fundação Dom Cabral, where they obtained a Master's degree focused on Entrepreneurial Ecosystems.

In 2017, Foschini also studied at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for a shorter period, with a focus on People, Culture and Performance. Finally, in 2018, they completed a program in Growth at Babson College.
