Jointly founded Wemy Industries with his wife in 1978, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Liverpool University UK, a Fellowship member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is an astute and experienced Industrialist. Pastor Ademola has held several leadership positions in different capacities as; Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors of Access Bank Plc for 8 years till November 2003 when he voluntarily retired. He is currently the Chairman of IFECO Limited-another family manufacturing outfit and Chairman of Daltrade Nigeria Limited; a manufacturing joint venture business between Nigerian businessmen and the Polish government. Although “baba” is over 70, he is still involved in certain decision processes in the company, he has left the day to day activities to other directors.
