Azalea Jin

Azalea Jin is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Wenco International Mining Systems since December 2021. Prior to this role, Azalea held the position of Associate Counsel at Pearlman Lindholm from May 2018 to December 2021 and served as Senior Legal Counsel at TC Energy from September 2011 to May 2018. Azalea's earlier experience includes roles as Appellate Counsel and Legal Counsel at the Alberta Utilities Commission from May 2006 to August 2011, Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice Canada from August 2001 to May 2006, and Legal Counsel at the Alberta Court of Appeal from August 1997 to August 2000. Azalea began a career in law as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice from June 1996 to June 1997. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from Concordia University.
