Marcus Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marcus currently serves as the Director of Interior Product Line Management at Wencor Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Marcus worked at Delta Air Lines for 15 years, where they held various positions. As a Regional Sales Manager, they successfully promoted and sold Delta Flight Products, exceeding sales targets by 40% in 2021. As a Project Manager, they completed modification projects for premium cabins and implemented a carpet management program, reducing surplus inventory by $3M. Marcus also served as a Program Manager, restructuring an odor control program and creating training programs for vendors. Earlier in their career, Marcus worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Line Maintenance Support. Before joining Delta, they held the role of Sales and Operations Manager at Staples from 2000 to 2007.
