Shalu M Binu currently serves as a Jr Executive in Quality & Food Safety at Western India Cashew Company Pvt. Ltd. since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Junior Manager QA at The Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd from November 2021 to May 2023, and a position as QA Trainee at the same organization from March 2021 to September 2021. Additionally, Shalu contributed as a Student Researcher at ICAR - Central Plantation Crops Research Institute in late 2019 and completed On Job Training at Eastern Condiments Pvt Ltd in mid-2019. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Food Technology and Quality Assurance from the College of Indigenous Food Technology, Konni (2018-2020) and a BSc in Botany/Plant Biology from MG University (2015-2018).
