David Peter is currently the President of FrameWork Initiatives at Wendover Housing Partners, leading affordable housing and transit-oriented developments across Florida and the southeast. With over 15 years of experience in real estate development, consulting, and management, David has held executive positions at various companies such as Atlantis Properties LLC, Walton Global, and Republic Land Development LLC. David holds a JD from George Mason University and a BBA in Finance and Economics from The George Washington University School of Business.
