Ashley Graffeo

Ashley Graffeo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in franchising and privacy, currently serving as Sr. Legal Counsel at The Wendy's Company since August 2018. Prior roles include Sr. Legal Counsel for Global Franchise and Legal Counsel for Franchise. Prior to joining The Wendy's Company, Ashley worked at Baker & Hostetler LLP from September 2014 to August 2018 as an Associate in the Business Group, and previously completed a summer associate position at the same firm in 2013. Ashley obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Chicago Law School in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Bowling Green State University, earned in 2011.
