Chris Iaciofoli

Chris Iaciofoli is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Vice President of U.S. Restaurant Operations Services and Innovation at The Wendy's Company since December 2023, Iaciofoli previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Earl Enterprises, overseeing brands such as Brio® Italian Grille and Bravo!® Italian Kitchen. Other notable roles include Vice President of Operations at Wild Wing Cafe, Director of Operations at Chili's, and a lengthy tenure at Red Lobster, where responsibilities spanned Director of Operations and Director of Operations Excellence. Iaciofoli began a career in the industry after earning a BA in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
