Hayley Kianoff

Hayley Kianoff is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Manager of International Culinary Innovation at The Wendy's Company, a position held since June 2013. In this role, Hayley leads global culinary innovation, collaborates with cross-functional partners to standardize menu items, and develops processes to streamline innovation for franchise participation. Prior to this, Hayley progressed through various roles in culinary innovation, including Senior Specialist and Specialist, where significant contributions included launching new product lines and conducting consumer sensory panels. Hayley's earlier roles also encompass research and development, group fitness instruction, and community service coordination. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University and a Certificate in Applied Sensory and Consumer Science from the University of California, Davis.
