Hayley Kianoff is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Manager of International Culinary Innovation at The Wendy's Company, a position held since June 2013. In this role, Hayley leads global culinary innovation, collaborates with cross-functional partners to standardize menu items, and develops processes to streamline innovation for franchise participation.
