Melanie Trudell

Melanie Trudell is an accomplished HR technology and analytics leader with extensive experience in driving HR transformation and enterprise application strategy. Currently serving as the Director of HR Technology & HR Analytics at The Wendy's Company since July 2015, Melanie has held various leadership roles focused on HR Tech, business intelligence, and analytics. Prior to this, Melanie was a Senior HR Transformation Consultant at Aasonn and a Senior Consultant at Bersin by Deloitte, specializing in strategic consulting and data analysis for HR practices. Earlier career experiences include talent acquisition roles at AmTrust Bank and KeyBank, where significant recruitment achievements were made. Melanie holds a degree from John Carroll University.
