Additionally, Nigel serves as Commercial Director and Board Advisor at Wenham Carter Group, a global executive search firm focused on connecting innovative companies with top talent. As the founder and former CEO of Gibson Professional Search, Nigel led the premier executive recruitment firm in the satellite communication industry until its acquisition by Wenham Carter in 2023. Prior roles include VP Global Sales at Telesat, where significant revenue growth was achieved across diverse sectors, and Regional VP for Europe, Middle East, and CIS at SES, where business expansion in dynamic markets was fostered. Early career experiences encompass VP Sales at GlobeCast, driving revenue in broadcast services, and Marketing Manager at Sky, leading the launch of the UK's first digital TV service. Nigel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Leeds Beckett University.
