Sapir Nachshony has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They started their career as a Research Assistant at IDC Herzliya, where they worked on a research project regarding the interaction between strangers. Following that, they joined Sapiens as an HR Recruitment Coordinator, contributing to recruitment initiatives within the organization. Later, Sapir took on a part-time role as a Personal Assistant at Magma Venture Partners while still being a student.
In 2017, Sapir transitioned to the tech industry as a Customer Success Representative at SimpleOrder, providing support to clients. They then progressed to the position of Customer Success Manager, where they managed customer relationships and ensured their success.
In 2019, Sapir joined HiBob as a Customer Success Manager and later advanced to the role of Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager. At HiBob, they played a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with strategic customers, driving their success and satisfaction.
