Earlier in their career at Gallo, Hans held positions such as Director of Finance, Information Technology, & Supply Chain at Gallo Glass, Sr. Finance Manager for the international business unit, Finance Manager for the value business unit, Finance Manager for capital planning and operations finance, and Sr. Financial Analyst for operations finance.

Prior to their tenure at Gallo, Hans worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst at the University of Michigan, where they oversaw strategic capital and operating plans across multiple departments and conducted activity-based cost analyses for purchasing methods.

Hans began their professional career at Amtrak as a Sr. Financial Analyst, where they developed capital plans for the Northeast Corridor and provided financial support for union labor negotiations.
