Helen Baker

Helen Baker began their work experience in 2009 as a Member at NNEPL before moving on to become the Director of Surgical Services at Huggins Hospital from 2009 to 2016. Helen then joined Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in 2016 as the OR Nurse Manager until 2019. From 2019 onwards, they held various roles including Nursing Director of Cardiovascular Services and Director Surgical Services and Anesthesia; Clinical Director Cardiovascular Services at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.

Helen Baker obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Southern New Hampshire University between 2013 and 2015. Helen is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Leadership at Capella University, starting in 2017 and expected to complete in 2023. In terms of additional certifications, Helen received a Surgical Services Management Certificate of Mastery from the Competency & Credentialing Institute in 2014, and they obtained the CNOR certification from the same institution in December 2009.
