Samantha Merchant

Samantha Merchant is a seasoned professional in healthcare and operational excellence, currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital since September 2015. In this role, Samantha leads Lean Six Sigma initiatives, mentoring project managers and driving continuous improvement efforts. Previous experience includes holding positions such as Assistant Executive Director and Fitness Director at The Works Family Health & Fitness Center, and an Interim Executive Director role at NEHRSA. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Boston University and an MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Plymouth State University. Additionally, Samantha holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt.
