Sherry Wells

Sherry Wells, CMAA, currently serves as a Patient & Family Relations Specialist at Mass General Brigham since March 2024 and has been with Wentworth-Douglass Hospital since June 2015, where roles have included Certified Green Belt and Practice Manager for Dover Women's Health. Sherry has spearheaded several initiatives aimed at improving patient experience and workflow efficiency, including LGBTQ+ inclusivity projects and new patient onboarding processes. Additional experience includes administrative and training roles within healthcare organizations, with a foundational background in medical billing and a certification in Medical Administrative Assistance from the National Healthcare Association, alongside an Associate's degree in Business Administration from McIntosh College. Sherry is also a member of the Association for Patient Experience since October 2018.
