Jeremy Vincent

Jeremy Vincent has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeremy is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Weo since July 2021. Prior to that, Jeremy worked at Mars for almost a decade, holding various leadership positions. From January 2020 to June 2021, they were the Vice President of Operations. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Procurement from January 2018 to January 2020. Jeremy also held the role of the Direct Materials & Co-Processing Sourcing Director from November 2014 to December 2017, and as the Head of European Packaging & Co-Processing from September 2013 to November 2014. In earlier stages of their career, Jeremy worked at Danone for over a decade, where they held several managerial roles, including the Global Upstream Plastics Manager from January 2010 to August 2013, Global Dairy Upstream Manager in 2009, Category Sourcing Manager Packaging from August 2006 to December 2008, Goods & Services Purchasing Manager from February 2004 to July 2006, and CAPEX and Subcontracting Buyer from November 2001 to January 2004.

Jeremy Vincent completed their Master's degree in Purchasing at emlyon business school from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Economics at ESSCA from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Jeremy obtained certification in the Mars VUCA Essentials Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in May 2021.
