Arne Klaska

Arne Klaska has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Arne is currently the Head of Group Digital Operations at WEPA since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at WEPA.digital as a Senior Project Lead Digitalisation from April 2021 to March 2023. Arne also held the position of Head of Operations at iC Consult Group GmbH from September 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they worked at SURTECO GmbH, where they served as the Leiter Projektmanagement Operations, Werksleiter, and Projektleiter at different periods. Arne also gained valuable experience as a Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant at PA Consulting Group and as a Product Manager MV Apparatus and Project Manager R&D at ABB. Arne started their career as a Research Associate at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) / University of Karlsruhe (TH). Arne has expertise in digitalization, project management, operations management, personnel management, budget planning, lean management, and industry 4.0 implementation.

Arne Klaska has a strong educational background in the field of mechanical engineering. Arne completed their Doctor of Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) degree in Maschinenbau/Werkstoffwissenschaften from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) between 2004 and 2007. Prior to this, they obtained their Diplom degree in Maschinenbau from the same institution from 1998 to 2003.
