Katharina Hoffmann

Katharina Hoffmann is a Junior HR Specialist at WEPA since September 2021, previously serving as a Trainee in HR Group Functions. Prior to this role, Katharina spent over seven years at BILSTEIN as the Assistant Head of Motorsport & Sales. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Motorsport Management from Hochschule Kaiserslautern, a Master of Science in Psychology from Deutsche Hochschule für Gesundheit und Sport, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences. Additionally, Katharina holds a qualification as a Personnel Specialist from IHK Arnsberg and has completed the Ausbilderschein from IHK Dortmund.
