Joey Milano

Joey Milano has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Joey started their career as a Technical Support Representative Tier II at Salinas Cash Register in 2013. Joey then worked as an Editing Consultant for Study.com on a freelance basis from 2012 to 2013, focusing on subjects such as Calculus, English Literature, and Marketing.

Milano joined WePay in 2014 and held various positions within the company. Joey started as an API Support Agent, providing support and integration assistance for partnered clients utilizing the WePay API. Joey then became a Senior API Support Agent, where they expanded their role to include interim management for the API Support team. Milano continued to progress within the company and became a Solutions Engineer, working on smaller integrations and implementations, as well as account management and technical support.

In 2017, Milano briefly worked at Sterling Talent Solutions as a Solutions Consultant. In this role, they supported enterprise-level customers by qualifying, demoing, and planning solutions for a new API product.

Milano returned to WePay in 2018 and took on roles such as Sales Engineer, Senior Implementation Engineer, and Principal Implementation Engineer. These positions allowed him to work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue through integration, implementation, and API consulting. Joey currently holds the position of Vice President, Senior Product Manager at WePay, where they are responsible for leading product management initiatives.
