Mona Hathaway has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mona began their career in 1999 as a Disbursements Assistant Team Lead at the University of Phoenix, where they worked until 2002. Following this, they joined Apollo Education Group as a Help Desk Specialist for Cardinal Stritch University from 2002 to 2004. Mona then returned to the University of Phoenix as a Help Desk Representative and served in that role for 13 years, until 2017.

In 2018, Mona transitioned to the financial sector and joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Specialist 2, responsible for reviewing credit card disputes and providing support to assigned merchants. Mona later took on the role of Associate Specialist IV/ Interim Team Lead from 2019 to 2021, where they managed a team of 12-15 people and assumed additional responsibilities during the absence of the Team Lead.

Most recently, Mona Hathaway joined WePay in 2021 as a Lifecycle Payment Analyst. In this role, they analyze merchant accounts for fraud, anti-money laundering, compliance violations, and assesses risk. Mona takes action based on their assessment and manages communication between merchants and the company. Overall, Mona Hathaway has developed strong analytical, leadership, and customer service skills throughout their career.

Mona Hathaway began their education journey in 2012 at the University of Phoenix, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Mona dedicated their time to study and successfully completed their degree in 2015. Building upon their academic achievements, Mona enrolled at Western International University in 2016 to further their educational pursuits. Currently, they are still working on their degree in Public Administration, which they are expected to complete in 2018.
