Kimberly Matthews, SHRM-SCP, CMP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club since January 2020, and has been an Instructor for SHRM Exam Prep and SHRM Essentials at Cape Cod Community College since January 2021. Additionally, Kimberly instructs SHRM and CMP exam prep courses at North Shore Community College and previously held various positions at Marriott International, including Entertainment and Special Events, Assistant General Manager, Training Manager, and Sales Manager, from 2000 to 2020. Kimberly also served as an Adjunct Professor at Salem State College from 2008 to 2010. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing/Management from Suffolk University and a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
